I made a wallpaper tonight just so i could test some stuff out, used hilary duff as the main feature. This is only like the 2nd wallpaper ive ever made, normally just do forums sigs and smaller things.

Yep, that was the aim. I didnt spend much time at all on this wallpaper...i mainly made it to try out something
