Thursday, October 13, 2005 (Toronto, ON) - 2005 has been quite a year for pop mega-star Hilary Duff. She kicked it off with a wildly successful sold-out Canadian tour in January, and continued to shine at the box office with leading roles in “Raise Your Voice” and “The Perfect Man”. On August 23rd, Hilary released her Most Wanted greatest hits collection, which sold an amazing 32,000 copies in its first week in Canada – Hilary’s highest one week sales figure ever! Most Wanted is now rapidly approaching Double Platinum (200,000), and her new single, “Beat of my Heart”, is set to hit radio and video outlets across the country later this month.
