hey guys....

i'm really wondering cuz we talked about so many movies on hdt, in front of that about her new movies and movies without hilary. i know one thread is opened in general discussion, where we talking about our fav films but i think, we should also starting a thread with all hilary duff movies. she has so many out and i'm really interested, which is ur favourite one. so vote for it and talk about them....

so the films that i saw were the lizzie mcguire movie, a cinderella story, raise your voice, both parts of cheaper by the dozen, material girls and today cadet kelly. the last one one is current my fav cuz hil looks so cute and i like the story. its very funny. but i also love a cinderella story and raise your voice.
but all in all i like all of her movies.

Although I love all of Hil's movies, it was pretty easy to pick one: Raise Your Voice is definitely her best movie ever! Not only was the scenario pretty cool and unpredictable, the movie was full of emotions and Hilary did a absolutely great acting job.

It's maybe not really "fair" to vote on this poll, as I haven't seen Casper Meets Wendy, Cadet Kelly and Material Girls yet. But I doubt they would knock Raise Your Voice from first place :)

Nice topic Matt, but I miss Agent Cody Banks on your list. It was pretty cool, and Hilary looked lovely in it as Natalie Connors!

I agree Chippen, although i think Hil looked the best in Cadet Kelly & A Cinderella Story. I thought she looked great in Raise your Voice but i thought that was a bit of a narcicistic movie. And this is the exact path i wouldn't like to see Hilary go down.:mad: I never thought of her as an egotistical individual.

I just watched Material Girls :) It's totally different from her other movies, but I still liked it. Don't think it would reach my top-3, but I definitely enjoyed watching it. Hilary looks awesome in that scene where she tries to persuade the guard to let her get into that file room, she was sooo hot in there :D Thanks again Matt!

It's logical that you like the movie you've just seen the most, because you're still "in the mood" of that movie... I had the same after watching Cinderella Story... But a couple of days later, I realised that Raise My Voice was still my favourite one.

its so crazy.... 2006 is almost over. i joined hdt just 4,5 months ago and i'm a real hil fan since june. but now i've seen every hilary duff movie, i've all of her albums, i'm such a huge fan and i'm a mod on this site. thats so amzing.
a few minutes ago i saw my last hil movie - agent cody banks (thats the reason why i'm posting in this thread). and i also like them. lol. i don't know what i should say....

I can relate myself to you Matt, I've really become a fan since I saw Raise Your Voice this summer. Before that, I knew Hilary Duff was an actor and singer, but I had never really noticed her. But since July, or maybe it was August, she really became a part of my life. It's weird and amazing at the same time. I haven't seen Casper meets Wendy,and I don't think it'll be my fave film but anyway,my top Hilary movies are:
1: A Cinderella Movie- Chad and Hilary,what more could you want?! Chad just screams charming and Hilary is a total princess,it's a great feel-good movie too.
2: Raise your voice- It's a really great film and really inspiring,plus Oliver is hot.:D
3: The Lizzie movie- seeing Hilary in her last Lizzie McGuire role is sad and special. I love the show and the movie and seeing Lizzie become a popstar and singing what dreams are made of was my fave part. She looked soooo pretty singing and dancing on stage.

well german isn't the easiest languange to learning, thats right. but it became more and more english parts in the last years and its still so. and another point is that english language is actually a german slang language. cuz a lot english words are exists in the german language, you just have to write they in another way.

I'd say most english comes from French and German. (but more french)

English is just a compilation of ancient-Celtic, German languages (German, Dutch, Scandinavian) and Roman languages (French, Italian, Spanish). Some of the words in English are exactly the same as in Dutch.

But still, German and English are different in a lot of ways, and I like English much more. German sounds so agressive and rude :(

Ok little history lesson everyone, after the death of Charlemagne his empire (most of western Europe) got divided up under his 4 sons. Those 4 parts are still apparent because of the different evolution of the languages. Dutch, Flemish and German are related, just like French, Italian and Spanish. After that, because of wars and occupations (there are a lot of french words in dutch thanks to Napoleon), they all influenced eachother but the basics did not change. This is very much apparent in the different sort of grammar of the basic languages (for example Slavic or Roman).

I absolutely love all the movies in which Hilary Duff has starred! My favourite is "The Perfect Man, 'coz of it's interesting story & the top-class acting by Hilary Duff & Chris North! Though I generally love watching horror, action & serious movies, this Dramedy movie really attracted me very very much & ranks at the top spot of my favourite movies!
